FAQs
A few things you might want to know before your Pretty in Peach piece finds its way to you.
HOW LONG WILL MY PIECE TAKE TO REACH ME?
If your piece is ready to ship, we'll usually send it within 2–5 working days.
Pre-order pieces are sewn to order and normally take around 2–3 weeks before dispatch, unless a specific date is stated on the product page.
Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes around 2–3 working days. International delivery generally takes around 5–8 working days from dispatch.
WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?
As a small brand, some Pretty in Peach pieces are available on pre-order so we can sew them to order in the studio rather than making more than we need.
The estimated waiting time will always be listed on the product description. It's normally around 2–3 weeks unless a specific date is stated.
If you order multiple pieces and one of them is on pre-order, we'll ship everything together once the pre-order piece is ready.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PIECE?
As a small handmade brand, we offer size exchanges to help make sure you get the perfect fit. If your piece doesn't fit, you're welcome to get in touch and we'll help arrange a size up or down where available.
For size exchanges, return postage is free within the UK and USA. For international and EU exchanges, a £20 return postage fee applies.
For more help with an exchange or replacement, please get in touch with us before sending anything back.
ARE CUSTOMS / TAXES CHARGED ON DELIVERY?
For USA orders, all applicable duties and taxes are included in the postage price, so there should be nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
For EU and other international destinations, local taxes, customs duties or handling charges may apply depending on the destination and how the parcel is processed.
From 1 July 2026, the EU introduced a temporary €3 customs duty on qualifying low-value imports up to €150. This is separate from import VAT, and the way these charges are collected depends on the customs and VAT arrangements used for the order.
IS THE SOFIA TOP SUITABLE FOR A LARGER BUST?
The Sofia is fully adjustable through the front tie, so we recommend choosing your regular size rather than sizing up specifically for your bust.
It's designed to be worn braless, with double-lined cups and an adjustable front tie so you can change the amount of coverage and support to suit you.
If you're between sizes or have a particularly small band and fuller bust, feel free to message us and we'll happily help you choose.
DO YOU DO NEXT DAY / QUICK DELIVERY?
If your piece is already in stock, we can occasionally arrange next-day or 1–2 day delivery within the UK.
Send us a message before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible for your piece and delivery address.
WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?
Sometimes a piece is sold out for good. Because we often work with limited deadstock fabrics, we aren't always able to make the exact same piece again once the fabric has gone.
Keep an eye on our Instagram stories for restock updates, and you're always welcome to message us if there's a particular piece you're hoping to see again.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM PIECES?
Yes. If you love one of our pieces but fancy it in a different fabric or would like a small alteration, we're usually happy to see what we can do.
Small alterations are usually free. If we need to source a particular fabric specifically for you, there may be an additional fabric cost.
Custom pieces are sewn to order and can take around 2–4 weeks, so please get in touch with plenty of time if you have a date you're working towards.
WHAT FABRICS DO YOU USE?
We work with a mix of signature fabrics and beautiful deadstock fabrics, chosen for their softness, comfort and how they feel when worn.
Fabric information is always listed on the individual product page. With deadstock fabrics, exact material compositions aren't always available to us from the original supplier, so we can't always provide a complete composition.
What matters most to us is how a fabric feels on the body - soft, comfortable and lovely to wear.
WHAT IS DEADSTOCK?
Deadstock is fabric that has already been produced but hasn't been used by the original manufacturer or brand. It can come from cancelled collections, surplus production or fabrics that were simply left over.
We love working with deadstock because it gives beautiful fabrics another life and means we can create pieces in smaller quantities without contributing to the production of completely new fabric.
The downside? Once it's gone, it's often gone for good - which is why many Pretty in Peach pieces are limited edition.
