Finding your size
Our pieces are made in small runs by hand, and they all stretch - so the numbers below are your body's measurements, not the garment's. Find where yours land, then read how the fabric behaves to get your perfect fit.
Find my size
Pop in your measurements and we'll advise you which size we'd recommend.
Pop in one measurement or all three. Your waist tells us the most.
How to measure
Bust
Around the fullest part of your chest, tape level all the way round and flat across your back. Breathe normally.
Waist
The narrowest part of your middle - usually an inch or so above your belly button. Don't hold your breath in.
Hip
Around the fullest part of your hips, feet together, about 20 cm below your waist.
Body measurements
Measure yourself, not a garment. Our sizes overlap on purpose, because we work with stretch fabrics.

Are you a small or a large version of your UK size? A small 8, one who sometimes takes a 6, is our XS. A larger 8, one who sometimes takes a 10, is our S. The same works at every size.
Buying a top?
Go by your waist and ribcage
This is the measurement that decides it. Our necklines tie or stretch across the chest, so the bust adjusts to you, but the waist and ribcage are where the fabric actually has to sit. If your bust says one size and your waist says another, follow the waist.
Buying a skirt?
Go by your hip
The hip is the widest point a skirt has to travel over, so it leads. The waistband stretches to meet you, and if your hip and waist land in different sizes, take the one your hip is in.
The fabric changes the fit
The same size can feel different depending on the fabric. Ours run from a relaxed stretch that forgives a centimetre either way, through to lace cut to hug the body. Every product page names which one you're buying, at the top of Fabric & Fit.
Forgiving
Relaxed stretch
Soft with a lot of give - it moves with you and forgives a centimetre or two either way.
Take your usual size, or size down if you're between two and like things close to the body.
The Viena top and skirt, the Button Babe
Holds its shape
Regular stretch
Cut to flatter. It follows your shape and hugs the waist gently, holding its shape while staying comfortable all day.
Take your usual size. If you're between two, take the larger.
The Siena, the Lisboa
Body-hugging
Stretch lace
Designed for a body-hugging fit, like a good swimsuit. It's soft, it moves with you, and it holds you in all the right places.
True to size. Size up if you prefer a roomier fit or you're between two.
The Sofia, the Noir and Plum camis
The Sofia and cup size
The question we're asked most. Short answer: your cup size isn't what decides your size here.
You don't need to size up for a larger bust. The Sofia ties at the front, so it adjusts to your chest rather than the other way round. That tie is also what makes it supportive, so it suits larger cup sizes. Designed to wear braless.
Go by your UK dress size rather than your bra size. It's the better guide to how a piece will actually sit on you.
If you want more coverage
Size up. With a larger bust, the extra size sits higher on you and shows less cleavage, so you get the coverage without losing the shape.
If your band size is larger
Size up. It gives you more room around the back, which is where a snug fit is felt most, and it's simply more comfortable to wear all day.
Otherwise
Stay true to your dress size and let the tie do the adjusting.
