Getting your piece to you
Every piece is made and packed by hand in our London studio.
Dispatch
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 2-5 working days. Pre-order pieces take 2-3 weeks. If your order has both in it, we send everything together once the pre-order piece is ready.
You will get tracking by email when your parcel leaves us - it usually activates within 24 hours.
Delivery, once dispatched
• UK, Royal Mail Tracked - 2-3 working days
• Rest of world - 5-8 working days
Customs processing can add time to international parcels.
Need something for a particular date? Message us before ordering - we can sometimes arrange next-day dispatch.
Delivery costs
• UK - £3 flat rate, free on orders over £65
• US - $10 flat rate, free on orders over $120
• Europe and rest of world - calculated at checkout by destination and parcel weight
Customs and duties
US - import duty is already included in the price you see on the product page. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.
EU - import VAT applies, plus a €3 customs duty on qualifying orders under €150. Both are collected by the carrier on delivery and are set by your country, not by us.
Everywhere else - any duties or taxes charged on arrival are the customer's responsibility.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Contact the carrier to open a claim and keep all the packaging. Message us and we will help you through it.
